Jumping Squats Steps:
Step 1: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised out in front of your body.
Step 2: Keep your head up and your back straight.
Step 3: Begin the exercise by swinging your arms back behind your body as you bend your knees and push your hips back.
Step 4: Swing arms up as you drive with the balls of your feet and jump straight up into the air as high as you can. Your thighs will be acting like springs. Exhale as you do so.
Step 5: When you hit the floor again, squat down and jump as you did before.
Step 6: Repeat for the numbers of reps in the set.
